Description

ABOUT AGENDRIX

Agendrix is Quebec's favorite employee management app. We help over 13,000 SMEs better manage their schedules, timesheets, HR, and communications.

Our mission: Put the human back at the center of management without sacrificing efficiency.

Our impact: 250,000+ more efficient, better-informed, less stressed users.

Our clients? Residential care managers, restaurants, retail, pharmacies, etc. Not Post-it/paper fans. People who like things simple.

We're part of The Citation Group, a UK, Australia, and Canada-based HR and compliance specialist.

Together, we create internationally relevant products while preserving a truly authentic and collaborative Quebec culture.

WORKING WITH US

We're a team of 60 sharp, motivated people who don't tolerate egos but love being challenged.

At the product, we work in teams and aim to ship impact, not features. We value ownership, clarity, quality, autonomy, candid exchanges, and well-defended ideas. Our goal, within 12 months, is for you to guide us in your product area.

We have a great office in Sherbrooke (really), but 100% remote work is accepted. Note that for important meetings, we prefer to be in person. Otherwise, you make your own schedule, as long as you're moving things forward.

YOUR ROLE

You'll be responsible for part of Agendrix's strategic results (product outcomes in good French) and your decisions will have a tangible impact on the daily work of thousands of managers. You'll touch both ideation and execution. You'll be the architect of clarity for devs, the point of contact for stakeholders, and the customer's voice in every decision.

Analysis and Continuous Learning

  • Analyze product usage (Fullstory, Metabase, interviews, customer feedback, information aggregation via Claude) to identify improvement levers.
  • Track the performance of post-launch features to ensure adoption and impact.
  • Handle incoming requests with rigor: rephrase, challenge, prioritize based on real value and strategy.
  • Conduct customer interviews.
  • Keep an eye on the competition and market signals.

Alignment and Product Vision

  • Drive the creation and updating of the product roadmap for your area, in line with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Mobilize teams around upcoming initiatives:
  • Gain leadership buy-in for key product bets, with clear arguments on customer impact and growth impact.
  • Positively influence the production team in the right direction.
  • Work with marketing to prepare launches.
  • Equip sales and support teams to properly position features.

Continuous Value Delivery

  • Define the scope, objectives, and use cases for each initiative.
  • Translate ideas into concrete solutions (mockups, wireframes, UX logic, prototypes).
  • Work daily with dev and design to quickly deliver concrete improvements.
  • Be the clear point of contact during execution, to avoid slowdowns, arbitrate details, and protect the team from noise. Speed is everything.
  • Adapt solutions on the fly based on learning, while keeping the objective in sight.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PM in a B2B SaaS product.
  • You've delivered end-to-end features with real users.
  • You have a strong sense of quality and detail. Crafting is caring.
  • You know how to work in interdisciplinary teams (dev, design, support, marketing).
  • You're excellent in French and English. ~15% of our customer base is anglophone, and our team is bilingual.
  • You understand that product success is adoption + value, not just specs.
  • You have judgment, not just frameworks.
  • You already frequently use AI tools to speed up your work and development without producing slop.

WE'D BE HAPPY IF YOU ALSO HAD...

  • SQL & analytics basics.
  • Knowledge of the HR, scheduling, or payroll domain.
  • Experience with SME clients.
  • Comfort with a full-stack product role: discovery, PRD, go-to-market, internal support.
  • @Agendrix

We want curious people, not just qualified ones.
