Forklift Operator (Canada)

Canatal Industries, one of the leading North American companies in the design and manufacturing of steel structures, is currently seeking resourceful candidates to fill the position of forklift operator.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for unloading the required material and distributing the material from preparation to packaging efficiently.
• Primarily using a bridge crane, provide the various pieces needed for the production process.
• Load and unload steel pieces onto semi-trailers using the bridge crane.
• Apply the prescribed primer coats on the steel pieces.
• Perform various tasks in the plant and assist other workers as instructed by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in similar roles is an asset
• WORKING HOURS:
• Monday to
• Wednesday from 4:30
• PM to 3:00
• AM and
• Thursday from 3:15

PM to 1:45 AM. Possibility of working overtime regularly.

SALARY:

Between $24.11/hour and $28.04/hour depending on experience + night shift premium of $2.25/hour.
