Production Journeyman

Cadroporte Manufacturier Inc., a Quebec-based company, specializing in the manufacture of steel frames, is looking for several Production Journeymen for its plant located in Blainville to perform grinding, bending, machining of steel frames and doors, welding, and finishing of frames.

We are ready to welcome you to our production team in one of the positions below. Don't know much about it? That's not important, we will train you from A to Z!

What Will Be Your Tasks?

• Grind welds at different corners of the frames;
• Spray paint the ground work for a better finish;
• Apply body filler (bondo) to the product if needed.
• Cut and bend steel sheets and machine them;
• Assemble the frames, weld reinforcements;
• CNC Programming
• Machine lock holes and window openings in the doors;

Job Requirements

• Good physical condition, dynamic, fast and punctual.
• No experience required, we will train you;
• Reliability, dedication and commitment to the values of our Company.
• 40 hours/week from
• Monday to
• Thursday from 6:30
• AM to 3:30
• PM and
• Friday from 6:30 AM to noon
• Permanent, Full-time, Day Shift. Insurance.
• Vacations according to the construction schedule (2 weeks in summer and 2 weeks in winter)
• Salary according to experience starting at 21$ / hour
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Compensation: Starting at 21.00$ per hour
