An internship as a Training Coordinator at GE Aérospatial is:

As part of our process improvement and training strategy, we are looking for an intern Training Coordinator. You will be involved in the analysis of needs, collection of technical data, and the design of training content dedicated to our production teams, with the goal of optimizing safety, quality, and efficiency on the ground.

Under the supervision of the training manager, your missions will include:

  • Analysis of training needs: Identify the skills to be strengthened within the production teams (technicians, operators, etc.).
  • Collection of technical data: Participate and facilitate different working groups, structure the collected technical information, validate it with the various stakeholders, and conduct job observations.
  • Design and development of training modules: Create pedagogical supports adapted to the specificities of the manufacturing environment (procedures, tools, safety standards, etc.).
  • Follow-up and evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of the training, collect feedback from participants and managers, and adapt the modules accordingly.
  • Optimization of production processes: Propose continuous improvements related to training and skill development to enhance industrial performance.
  • Support to production teams: Act as a point of contact for gathering impressions from participants and their trainers after various training sessions.
  • Coordination of technical training / LMS: Ensure the organization of training in the LMS and participate in the coordination of technical training.
  • Achieve a balance between office work and fieldwork
  • Deepen your knowledge of various machining processes in a manufacturing environment

Compensation according to your internship level

  • T-1: $24.02/hr
  • T-2: $25.47/hr
  • T-3: $26.99/hr
  • T-4: $28.61/hr
  • T-5: $30.33/hr
