Handyman - Building Maintenance

Under the direction of the Operations Director:

We are currently looking for a person who will assist the Operations Director in their full-time (40 hours) weekly tasks from Monday to Friday, but who will be available to work atypical hours during events or emergencies. The main tasks of the candidate being sought are:

Main tasks

• Follow the directives of the Operations Director and perform the tasks as requested;
• Have the ability to analyze problems that arise and solve them autonomously;
• Manage the inventory of materials;
• Make various repairs, as needed;
• Perform work at height when necessary;
• Assemble and disassemble during events;
• Perform all other related tasks.

Skills and requirements sought

• Available from Monday to Friday during the day;
• Be available in the evening and at night during events and when an emergency occurs (example: equipment breakdown or other);
• Ability to analyze and solve problems;
• Motivated to take on challenges;
• Organized, resourceful, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Overtime paid at time and a half.
• Employment type: Full-time
• Compensation: $23.99 per hour
