• Perform tasks related to delivering products to our customers;
• Inform the customer in-store and by phone about the products, services, and promotions in effect;
• Conduct research in the electronic and physical catalogs regarding the updating of part numbers;
• Participate in the reactivation (phone blitzes, etc.) of served customers and the solicitation of new customers;
• Explain to customers the characteristics of the equipment and/or part and proceed with a demonstration of its operation or installation if necessary;
• Explain the warranty on the products and the return policy.

• Your Qualifications
• Hold a high school diploma (DES).
• Have relevant experience as a parts clerk, stock clerk, or have good knowledge of automotive parts.
