Become an expert in our products, where your expertise and passion for customer service will guide our customers to the best product choices. You will play a key role in satisfying Rona customers and achieving our sales objectives, all while working in an environment where your analytical mind will be valued.
Your role
- Serve as an in-store expert by providing product information to customers and other RONA associates
- Lead sales activities, including promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services that meet customer needs
- Ensure that shelves are well-stocked and properly displayed
- Prepare the weekly circular
- Perform order management tasks, such as entering new orders for customers, communicating with suppliers for special orders, tracking and executing orders, and resolving order issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on placed orders and helping customers find, choose, transport, and load merchandise
- Perform any other related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the store
Skills required
- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in hardware: a plus
