The Sales Associate works in a fast-paced environment to provide friendly and courteous service to customers. The role requires activities such as stocking shelves, presenting and maintaining the store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, assist, and thank customers in a friendly manner, whether in person or over the phone.
• Recommend related items to customers so they leave with everything they need.
• Ensure that retail tasks are performed efficiently (e.g., stocking, labeling, facing, cleaning, etc.).
• Check for empty locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements/Skills

• No experience required! – We will provide all the training you need!
• Ability to work shifts (day, evening, weekend, and holidays)
• Friendly and customer-focused
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying merchandise, using a ladder, performing twists, turning, and reaching for objects
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and handle difficult situations and make decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma (asset)
• Ability to use a cash register (asset)
