Responsible for executing Wolseley Canada’s “Quittances” for project accounts in line with the construction procedures.

What you will do
- Prepare “Quittance” documents
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Follow up with customers when checks are not in balance with "Quittances" requested
- Coordinate with collectors on the exchange of payments and “Quittance” documents with customers
- Keep up to date monthly “Quittance” reporting
- Ensure “Quittance” email inbox is actioned and cleared daily
- Other related administrative tasks
What you will bring
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and/or experience in the field of credit/collections
- Knowledge of the construction industry and procedures relating to reporting and "Quittance" (an asset)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (i.e. – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of the AS400 system (an asset)
- Bilingual (English and French) to communicate with customers across Canada
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Team oriented and collaborative
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to exercise judgment
- Effective listening skills
