Joining the team of VINCENZO DE CAPRIO – Regional Director, you will benefit from a weekday schedule from 6:30am to 3:30pm, a starting hourly wage up to X $ (plus bonus), an annual salary ranging from $59,125 to $73,035, with annual salary reviews, and a daily filled with stimulating tasks:

  • Plan and manage the workforce in collaboration with Human Resources and ensure the integration of employees
  • Manage a team of 6 people
  • Ensure service quality and process compliance
  • Occasionally visit clients
  • Ensure productivity optimization at the receiving/shipping dock
  • Ensure that staff departure times are respected
  • Challenge teams on performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Establish rigor within the team on various issues that can harm the entire company
  • Be agile, engaged, comfortable, and communicative in change management processes
  • Ensure sound operational cost management
  • Ensure proper deployment and compliance with each person's roles and responsibilities
  • Organize weekly meetings with teams to communicate priorities and strategic issues
  • Reflect the values of the Morneau Group by acting as an ambassador of its culture
  • Ensure good connection of the terminal with the network operations structure by participating in various operational meetings
  • Contribute to and maintain a healthy and collaborative work environment
  • Assist operational teams (handling, distribution) if required

  • D.E.S or equivalent experience and 2 to 5 years of experience in the transportation field
  • Experience in personnel supervision and coaching (at least 2 years)
  • Ability to lead team meetings
  • Ability to manage priorities and unexpected events and ability to work with indicators and performance measurement (KPIs)
  • Demonstrate managerial courage and skill in managing change
  • General computer knowledge
  • Strong relational skills as a Leader (good communicator, motivator, mobilizer, and coaching ability)
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
  • English language requirement at Basic/Beginner level (interactions with English-speaking suppliers, clients, and employees and/or located outside the province of Quebec)
