Quality Assurance Project Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the incumbent must primarily oversee all activities on the construction site, including:

• Assist the project manager in the daily activities of the project;
• Verify the completion schedules (respect of MSProject schedules, budget, and changes, etc.);
• Conduct quality follow-up and inspection of the project;
• Respond to information requests from clients, suppliers, and team members;
• Write and maintain documentation related to various tasks, responsibilities, and project stages;
• Participate in all site meetings with professionals, ensuring the project is carried out in compliance with established requirements;
• Manage various additional tasks related to the main role, while optimizing the use of processes and best practices;
• Any other tasks related to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or DEC in Civil Engineering, or any other relevant education or experience in construction;
• Have a minimum of (5) years of experience in the construction field;
• Possess teamwork skills;
• Ability to use various computer software and tools;
• Excellent French language skills, both oral and written;
• Ability to read plans and estimates.
