Electrician Foreman

EGL Construction is looking for an electrician foreman in civil engineering to coordinate its projects in the Quebec region!

In the field of civil engineering, the electrician installs primarily exterior electrical networks such as public lighting, traffic lights, camera systems, and fiber optics.

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Lead and supervise daily activities on the job site.

+ Ensure compliance of work with project plans and specifications.

+ Coordinate the various work teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.

+ Implement and monitor safety procedures on the job site.

+ Ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.

+ Mentor, train, and evaluate the performance of job site team members.

+ Foster a positive and productive work environment.

+ Participate in job site meetings and project coordination meetings.

• REQUIREMENTS

+ Significant experience as an electrician foreman.

+ In-depth knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations.

+ Class 3 or 1 driver's license (asset).

• DESIRED SKILLS

+ ASP Construction card.

+ Valid driver's license.

+ Experience in civil engineering.

+ Significant experience in project management.

+ In-depth knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations.
