Your Role
Reporting directly to the vice presidency, you will act as a link between various departments to ensure the smooth operation of operations, tracking of priorities, and advancement of strategic projects.
You will actively contribute to management reflections, continuous process improvement, and organizational development.
What You Will Do
- Analyze sales results and formulate strategic recommendations.
- Participate in the management and optimization of pricing lists.
- Ensure coordination between sales, operations, and management teams.
- Track business opportunities, bids, conferences, and special projects.
- Prepare analyses, dashboards, and management reports.
- Track priorities and schedules with various stakeholders.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.
- Act as a resource person for several strategic files of the company.

Qualifications
- Education in administration, management, accounting, or related field.

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to analyze data and formulate recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Analytical mindset, strategic sense, and solution-oriented approach.
