The Role:

Our retail sales team is looking for a Sales Associate for our Carrefour Angrignon location. Join the growing team at JD Sports Canada. You will have the opportunity to enhance your customer experience skills and expand your knowledge and work experience in the fashion industry. The Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in our retail stores. As a salesperson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the JD Sports team.

• Perform point-of-sale transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments, restocking, pricing, and fitting room maintenance.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through courteous service and communication.
• Effectively resolve customer issues at the store level, quickly and positively.
• Stay up-to-date with product and service updates.
• Be an inspiration to your customers in all aspects of culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble orders for our online store.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge

• Knowledge and professional experience in the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of resolving problems quickly and politely.
• Very organized. Works well under pressure and can meet individual and team deadlines.
• Capable of performing multiple tasks and quickly learning new programs.
• Must demonstrate integrity and fulfill commitments made to customers.
