As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of Sephora Canada and welcome each customer with warmth, confidence, and passion for all things beauty. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you will play a crucial role in the customer's journey of trust. You are a pioneer in the beauty industry who distinguishes all nuances and wishes to be part of something beautiful.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer personalized beauty experiences: provide personalized consultations and product recommendations that meet each customer's needs
• Demonstrate expertise: share your knowledge to educate and empower customers in their beauty journey
• Stay ahead of trends: stay informed about new products, techniques, and beauty trends to provide relevant advice that encourages customers to return
• Achieve results: Sephora Canada helps you thrive in your role so you can exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
• Create a welcoming space: manage inventory and merchandising and ensure the environment is clean, organized, and welcoming

Schedule Flexibility and Reliability

• Must meet the minimum required number of shifts or weekly hours:
• + Full-time staff: 30 to 40 hours per week
• + Part-time staff: 15 to 29 hours per week
• + Flexible schedule staff (as needed): 0 to 14 hours per week
• Be available during the store's high-traffic periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications and Experience

• Has experience and demonstrates skills in providing excellent service and building strong customer relationships in a pleasant and customer-focused retail environment
• Has a passion for beauty and trends, and demonstrates self-confidence
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Contributes to the team spirit and thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment, while applying inclusion principles
• Be physically capable of lifting and moving weights up to 22.7 kg

The compensation ranges between $17.10 CA and $21.40/hr CA. Additionally, you will benefit from performance bonuses, a competitive benefits package, and strong training and development initiatives aimed at supporting and recognizing employees. The final compensation offered will depend on various criteria, including but not limited to the candidate's actual qualifications and experience, as well as any other legitimate and non-discriminatory operational criteria relevant to the position or location.
