Optical Store Manager

Optical Center is looking for a full-time Optical Store Manager. A multidisciplinary clinic (optometrists, opticians, assistants) established for over 5 years and in strong development in the Quebec region. We are looking for motivated, dynamic individuals who want to increase customer satisfaction within our stores.

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the optical store
• Manage, train, and supervise the sales and support team
• Plan and ensure the achievement of sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Manage inventory, orders, and stock
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Collaborate with opticians and eye care professionals to ensure service quality

Requirements - Education

• Experience: Experience in optics is an asset. Experience in store management is an asset
• Diploma in optics, registration with the Order of Opticians is an asset

Working Conditions

• Competitive salary based on experience
• 30 hours per week, daytime hours, possibility of evenings and weekends according to store needs
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
