Delivery Coordinator

Ile-Perrot Toyota, a member of the Autoforce Group, is looking for a Delivery Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries
• Ensure each vehicle is ready and compliant for delivery
• Provide a complete vehicle presentation (features, technologies, options, and specifications)
• Complete and have the required documentation signed for the transaction
• Ensure the customer is fully satisfied with their vehicle and overall experience, and manage any dissatisfaction in collaboration with the Sales Director
• Install license plates on the vehicle
• Present the after-sales service department to the customer

Desired Profile and Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in French and English (to be able to serve our anglophone customers)
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to adapt to customer needs
• Organized person with a strong attention to detail and a strong team spirit
• Valid driver's license
