Leasing & Media Associate

Louai is a Montreal leasing agency. We're hiring a part-time associate to photograph our rental units and rent apartments.

What you'll do

• Shoot apartments across our Montreal buildings: photos, video, and 3D virtual tours. We'll train you.
• Post and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace using our templates
• Respond to leads and guide renters through the application
• Conduct in-person visits
• Work toward one signed lease per week

What we're looking for

• iPhone 13 or newer
• An eye for a good photo (you'll submit 3–5 interior shots to apply)
• Comfortable in French and English
• Reliable, presentable, professional with renters and landlords — dress code applies on site
• Able to move between buildings (transport covered)
• ~12.5 hours/week

Pay

• $16.10/hour base wage
• $15 per unit shot (photos, 1 video walkthrough, 1 3D virtual tour)
• $100 per signed lease
• Expected at target: $1,200–$1,500+/month
