Your role with us

• Welcome clients with professionalism and listening skills
• Plan, organize, and follow up on maintenance or repair work
• Answer questions, calls, and offer effective solutions
• Explain work, costs, and keep the client well-informed
• Be a pillar of service and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the workshop team for optimal fluidity

You are the right person if you have

• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of the heavy vehicle or mechanical domain
• Natural confidence, listening skills, and a great sense of organization
• Ease with computer tools
• A valid driver’s license
