Your role with us (at night)

• Welcome customers with professionalism, listening, and efficiency
• Plan, organize, and follow up on maintenance or repair work with the night team
• Answer calls, handle emergencies, and provide clear solutions
• Explain the work, costs, and ensure the customer stays well-informed
• Work closely with the workshop team for optimal fluidity
• Contribute to an exceptional customer experience, even outside normal hours

You’re the right person if you have

• Experience in customer service, ideally in the mechanical sector
• Knowledge of the heavy vehicle or mechanical field
• A natural ability, good organizational skills, and a reassuring approach
• Familiarity with computer tools
• A valid driver’s license
