YOUR DAILY MISSIONS

• Offer your best smile every day;
• Answer phone calls by providing outstanding customer service;
• Perform various administrative tasks (Accounting for employee tasks, archiving resident insurance, ordering from suppliers, etc.);
• Contribute to teamwork and good humor;
• Manage unexpected situations during the weekend (Water damage, fire, elevator breakdown, etc.);
• Act as a reassuring figure for residents;
• Distribute resident service requests to the appropriate parties;
• Put the well-being and dignity of residents at the heart of your priorities.

ARE YOU OUR IDEAL WELL-BEING CREATOR?

• You hold a DEP in secretarial work or any other relevant combination of studies or experience;
• You are organized and skilled at managing priorities;
• You like the elderly and providing quality service;
• You have good stress tolerance;
• You are proficient in the Office suite.
