Your role, your impact

As a Security Profile Advisor, you will contribute to the optimization and enhancement of our client's Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices. You will participate in strategic initiatives aimed at improving information security, standardizing access governance processes, and integrating role-based security profiles across different business units.

Your expertise will ensure the compliance of directory services, the consistency of access profiles, and support for technological projects requiring robust IAM mechanisms.

Your daily tasks

• Perform enhancement work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices;
• Integrate and maintain role-based security profiles within different business units;
• Participate in standardizing processes and procedures related to Identity and Access Management;
• Carry out the required work to ensure compliance and update directory services;
• Collaborate on technological initiatives requiring the implementation or evolution of IAM controls;
• Submit the results of interventions and obtain the required approvals;
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information technology, pure sciences, or engineering;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Advisor;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM);
• Experience in analyzing, managing, and optimizing security profiles;
• Knowledge of access governance and information security principles;
• Ability to work in complex environments and collaborate with multiple teams;
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Additional assets

• Experience within government or public sector organizations and in access governance and compliance contexts;
• Knowledge of directory services and identity management environments;
• Participation in cybersecurity transformation or optimization projects.
