As a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst (SOC), you will

• Investigate security events and incidents, then respond within our cloud infrastructures, workstations, identity management systems, and enterprise environment.
• Design, enhance, and adjust detection mechanisms, incident response guides, and processes to continuously reduce risks and increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with security engineering, IT, and other technical teams to optimize security tools, reduce alert noise, and strengthen our overall security posture.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and experiment with AI agents to improve investigations and operational workflows.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation to intervene during critical security incidents when necessary.
• Integrate new log sources, maintain data analysis and normalization mechanisms, and address blind spots in cloud, workstation, and identity telemetry.

Concretely, here's what qualifies you for the role

• More than 5 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or a similar cybersecurity role.
• Excellent understanding of incident response, detection engineering, threat hunting, and security operations best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity, sense of responsibility, and collaborative spirit; you enjoy solving problems for which there's often no playbook.

What will set you apart

• Experience securing cloud environments, particularly with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools, or cloud security platforms.
• Experience in enhancing detection mechanisms, automating repetitive tasks, or developing operational tools.
• Experience in consulting or within a highly collaborative small SOC, where everyone contributes to multiple aspects of operations.
