  • Perform account reconciliations, inventory tracking, and participate in physical inventories and audit activities as required.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls, support the optimization of management systems, and contribute to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial context.
  • CPA designation, considered an asset.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Oracle is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and functional English to collaborate with corporate teams located outside Quebec.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintain rigorous controls, and adopt a precision, compliance, and safe work practices-oriented approach.
