This consortium, which includes CPDQ Infra, AtkinsRéalis, SYSTRA Canada, Keolis Canada Air Canada and SNCF Voyageurs, has been selected by the Canadian government to develop this project following a rigorous tender process. Thanks to our expertise, we will ensure optimal performance and smooth service on a modern railway network.

Your Role
- Comply with and apply the company's and project's document management procedures, standards, and techniques.
- Establish and maintain processes, procedures, and controls related to document management and sensitive information.
- Train, advise, and support teams as well as internal and external clients in document management.
- Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and optimize costs.
- Supervise and lead the document control team to ensure effective and uniform document management.
- Ensure document governance of the project and monitor the proper use of systems and procedures in place.
- Supervise the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of document management tools, systems, processes, and procedures.
About You
- 8 to 10 years of experience in document management within the EPCM industry, with a minimum of 5 years in an intermediate or senior role.
- Ability to support contractual management, commercial activities, planning, scheduling, and engineering teams through effective document management.
- Ability to develop and improve document management systems, tools, processes, and procedures in the services, engineering, and construction sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Aconex, and functional understanding of standard database administration.
- Effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- This position requires knowledge of another language besides French, such as English, since the clients and suppliers you will interact with are primarily anglophones and located outside Quebec.
