Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Impact Training: Lead engaging virtual and in-person sessions on Microsoft’s Cloud & AI Platform, and AI Business Solutions, tailored to diverse enterprise audiences.
• Design and Facilitate Learning Journeys: Conduct single- and multi-day experiences across various time zones using varied instructional method presentations, whiteboarding, discussions, and hands-on labs.
• Stay Ahead of Innovation: Continuously deepen your expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies to ensure training reflects the latest advancements in Azure, security, and AI/Copilot.
• Drive Instructional Advancements: Leverage a mindset of continuous improvement and professional growth to drive innovation in technical skilling and collaborate with peers to scale new instructional tactics and delivery modalities which interact with the learners.
• Drive Program Evolution: Collaborate with global teams to shape and enhance the Azure and AI skilling programs, contributing to strategy, innovation, and learner success.
• Champion Excellence and Advocacy: Provide feedback to improve training content and serve as a trusted evangelist for Microsoft’s Cloud & AI technologies across customer, partner, and community engagements.

Required/minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, System Engineering, Information Systems, Education, Adult Learning, Business Management, or a related field AND 6+ years experience in training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, artificial intelligence, information security, server environments, networking, cloud, or computer technologies OR equivalent experience.
• Microsoft is committed to upholding the French language's status and ensuring its use in the workplace where applicable. However, for this specific role, proficiency in both English and French is a bona fide occupational requirement due to technical and specialized tasks requiring the use of both languages to meet customer needs while working collaboratively with colleagues worldwide.

Additional/preferred qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification.
• Training and delivery experience on Microsoft solutions, particularly M365 Copilot and AI agents.
• More than 4 years of experience as a mobilizing communicator, capable of helping clients transform abstract concepts into concrete solutions through a consultative pedagogical approach.
• Demonstrated experience in developing engaging and high-impact video content.
• Experience in technical social media influence and promotion, as well as the ability to contribute to strategic social media initiatives that reach target audiences on modern digital platforms.
• Proficiency in both French and English to deliver training and support learners in both languages.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate on internal business projects.
• You have delivered Microsoft Official Curriculum training in both virtual and in-person modes.

Professional experience with Microsoft Copilot and Azure technologies, outside of teaching or training delivery, is a significant asset, particularly in areas such as application development, DevOps, cloud architecture, security, data platform engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence.
