What You Can Expect

You will be responsible for construction projects from planning to delivery, working closely with construction teams, professionals, clients, and various partners.

Depending on your experience, you may work on projects such as:

• Commercial building;
• Institutional building;
• Industrial construction;
• Multifamily housing;
• Concrete structures;
• Specialized formwork;
• Additions and new constructions.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle;
• Plan schedules and monitor budgets;
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and professionals;
• Participate in site meetings;
• Monitor the progress of work;
• Quickly identify issues and propose effective solutions;
• Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders;
• Ensure adherence to schedules, quality, and health and safety standards.
• The Profile We Are Looking For

You have experience as a project manager in construction and enjoy working in an environment where responsibilities are varied and your opinion is valued.

You have:

• Experience in building, structure, concrete, or formwork;
• A good understanding of construction operations;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills;
• Leadership, autonomy, and a strong sense of priorities;
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
