Summary

Are you a dynamic and high-performing sales professional passionate about cybersecurity and the success of large enterprise clients? Bell is looking for a motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist to join its team and play a central role in delivering cutting-edge security solutions to Canada's largest enterprises.

As a key member of our Security Solutions team, you will work directly with Bell's main sales team and key stakeholders to understand, develop, and close complex cybersecurity agreements. You will be responsible for driving growth by positioning Bell's full range of cybersecurity products, services, and solutions, and becoming a trusted advisor to internal teams and enterprise clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Position the full range of Bell's cybersecurity offerings, including products, managed services, and professional services, to address complex business challenges.
• Become the cybersecurity strategy expert by leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen across various vertical sectors.
• Manage the sales cycle, from discovery to close, develop winning proposals, and ensure internal teams are fully supported during pre-sales activities.
• Be a visible and active player in the cybersecurity ecosystem through industry events, customer seminars, and trade shows.
• Maintain a healthy and well-qualified pipeline and rigorously manage the sales funnel to meet and exceed sales targets.

Essential Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in cybersecurity solutions, with a strong understanding of industry technologies, trends, and client weaknesses.
• More than five years of success in enterprise-to-enterprise (B2B) sales, ideally in the technology or cybersecurity domain, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Practical experience in selling solutions from leading vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, Akamai, Checkpoint, Radware, and Cisco.
• Strong experience in selling managed and professional security services as part of a broader enterprise solution.
• Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written); confident presenter with a strong presence with leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and comfortable with digital collaboration platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and confidence to influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Thrive in a rapidly evolving environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying focused on results.
