• Your key responsibilities in this Project Office Manager role in Lévis or Laval:
• Structure, maintain, and evolve project management processes and tools
• Supervise a portfolio of complex projects, from estimation to delivery
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with sales in the pre-project phase (estimates, costs, schedules)
• Manage risks, changes, addendums, and contractual issues
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of project coordinators
• Plan resource growth (approximately 2 additions per year) and optimize allocation
• Ensure financial tracking, KPIs, and reporting to management
• Foster continuous improvement and PMO maturity within Creaform Engineering

Some aspects that will facilitate your integration as a Project Office Manager in Lévis or Laval:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally in NPI or automation
• Practical experience in team management
• PMP certification or equivalent (a plus)
• Experience on multidisciplinary projects involving machines and prototypes
• Bilingual French and English, in an international context
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and priority management skills
