BIM Modeler and Coordinator

• You are an architect or architecture technician with experience in 3D coordination.

• You have experience with the Revit software.
• Your future role:
• Take charge of project data management by overseeing the creation, consistency, and continuous updating of digital models.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between 3D models, in collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project financial tracking and budget compliance.
• Lead and support the 3D modeling team in their mandates.
• Perform quality control of 3D models created from 3D scans (point clouds).
• Maintain constant and structured communication with the client to ensure project fluidity.
• Salary: $80,000 to $120,000
• Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
