Logistics Operations Specialist

Company Profile GOFO is a tech-driven last-mile delivery carrier operating across the US, Canada, France, the Netherlands and Italy. We provide reliable logistics solutions for e-commerce clients via automated sorting, smart warehousing and data-based dispatch.

Work Location: 2022 Lavoisier Rue Québec, Quebec G1N 4L5 (Capitale-Nationale County)

Schedule: Morning shift 5 AM – 1 PM, 40 hours weekly in compliance with Québec LNT 30 mins unpaid meal break after 5 consecutive working hours

Overtime only approved in advance and paid per provincial labour standards

Duties

• Sort parcels by postal code and train temp staff on sorting workflows
• Coordinate with DSP partners to resolve delivery issues
• Source new DSP partners, conduct routine warehouse equipment maintenance
• Manage inventory, arrange truck dispatch and optimize driver routes
• Resolve damaged/lost parcel exceptions, keep warehouse tidy and CNESST safety compliant
• Complete other reasonable operational tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Logistics diploma or prior warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer skills, strong organization and attention to detail
• Familiar with CNESST workplace safety standards
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Available for fixed 5 AM – 1 PM morning shift
