We are looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to lead diverse and enriching projects within our dynamic team based in Montreal.

• Evaluate client requests and prepare service offers in geotechnical engineering;
• Communicate with clients and other project stakeholders;
• Supervise and prepare the work program for technicians;
• Monitor budgets and allocated schedules;
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and technicians in the execution of fieldwork;
• Prepare technical studies according to current standards to determine soil bearing capacity, road structure, settlement, and other related tasks;
• Present study results to clients, including developers, contractors, and structural engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Be a member of the Order of Engineers;
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in geological engineering or civil engineering;
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience;
• Excellent French language skills, both oral and written;
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities;
• Have a sense of initiative and responsibility;
• Hold a valid driver's license.
