Responsibilities
- Participate in the recruitment activities of experienced professionals and interns.
- Participate in selection interviews and contribute to the evaluation of candidates.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to talent attraction strategies, including through social media and various recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate and orchestrate the welcome and integration of new members to foster their engagement and success.
- Produce reports, compile data, and perform analyses related to the Human Capital programs and indicators.
- Provide support to firm members and leaders regarding various human resources questions, including policies and compliance.
- Coordinate the internship completion process and contribute to loyalty initiatives.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel tracking tools.
- Participate in the planning and execution of university recruitment activities in the region.
- Manage complex campus recruitment projects autonomously, including the development of strategies, the creation of action plans, the coordination of communications, and the tracking of deadlines.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in human resources management, industrial relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, primarily in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Strong project management and administrative organization skills.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide a high-quality experience.
- Excellent mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in a professional services firm or similar environment (an asset).
- Hold a valid driver's license and be available for regular travel in the region.
