##### As a business analyst – accounting and advisory services, you will be responsible for:

• Taking over the turnaround accounting mandates before their transition to bookkeeping
• Planning, coordinating, and following up on bookkeeping mandates
• Analyzing clients' needs and making appropriate recommendations tailored to their business realities
• Participating in the implementation of new accounting systems and data migration projects
• Accompanying and training clients on new technological solutions
• Optimizing accounting processes to ensure the efficiency and quality of operations
• Reviewing the work of preparers to ensure the reliability of financial data
• Supporting the development of the team's skills by promoting best practices
• Building trust with clients and contributing to their loyalty

The ideal profile for our future colleague

• Possess at least 5 years of experience in the complete accounting cycle, preferably in a firm
• Have a strong interest in client support, digital transformation, and cloud accounting
• Be motivated by continuous improvement, process optimization, and collaborative work
• Demonstrate excellent skills in communication and training
• Be comfortable with digital tools and data migration
• Show autonomy, leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent organizational skills
