Field Service Technician, Industrial Automation

As a Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will play a key role in providing technical services to our clients in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of our electronic and computerized products and solutions that are used to measure and automate paper production in our clients' facilities.

Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation as a leader in the industry.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and work on-site at our clients' locations in the province of Quebec.

This position requires you to be based in the city of Trois-Rivières.

This position includes the possibility of overtime and call-out shifts.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction by providing high-quality technical services. You will be an ambassador for our brand and contribute to strengthening our reputation as a trusted provider.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and a vehicle
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
• Understanding of English, written
• Post-secondary studies in electronics, electromechanical, or automation
• or

Secondary studies with a minimum of one year of experience in a relevant technical field.

• Install, maintain, and repair our products and solutions at our clients' sites.
• Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve clients' technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Availability for call-out shifts (province of Quebec)
