Fraco, a Quebec-based manufacturing company specializing in the production of mast access equipment and lifting systems, where human relations, commitment, and creativity are at the heart of the culture, is looking for a General Production Worker (Finishing) for the Localization Project.

Your daily responsibilities

• Ensure the supply of workstations according to production needs (just-in-time)
• Transport parts, subassemblies, and finished products to designated addresses within the plant
• Operate a forklift safely
• Organize and maintain storage areas in order
• Participate in inventory counts
• Identify material shortages and act quickly
• Perform basic maintenance of handling equipment
• Record material transactions in the computerized system
• Maintain your work environment clean and orderly at all times

Requirements

• Forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain it upon hire)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Irreproachable safety attitude — safety is non-negotiable with us
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to read and follow production instructions
