Senior Operator – Production (Day Shift) - Metallic Products

Our production combines high volume with a wide variety of formats, configurations, and changes. We are looking for an experienced operator who loves to produce, solve problems, and maintain a high level of quality.

• The role

You work directly on the floor with the day team.

You participate in production while helping to maintain the production pace, quality, and smooth operation.

You work in collaboration with the production coordinator and are a person who can be counted on when adjustments, production changes, or problems arise.

You are not just an operator.

You are a technical reference for your team.

What you will do

• Operate various metallic fabrication equipment
• Perform production changes and necessary adjustments
• Read plans and follow fabrication methods
• Check the quality of produced parts
• Participate in assembly when required
• Help quickly resolve production problems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Contribute to keeping stable production despite product variations
• We are looking for someone who
• Has several years of experience in metallic fabrication
• Is able to read plans
• Is autonomous and resourceful
• Likes to solve technical problems
• Is known for the quality of their work
• Likes to work in a team
• Remains calm when the pace increases
• Is proud of producing well-done work
• Assets
• DEP in sheet metal or equivalent experience
• Assembly experience
• Experience with bending presses
• Knowledge of punches and matrices
• Spot welding
• CNC knowledge
• 3D drawing reading
