Machinist

Uni-Draulik, leader in the creation and distribution of hydraulic systems and components, is looking for a CONVENTIONAL MACHINIST (turner/miller) to join its team!

We offer you the opportunity to perfect your knowledge and develop your skills within a dynamic team. Have you already done cylinder repairs? Are you good at adjusting conventional lathes? That's who we're looking for!

Here, for information purposes, are some of the tasks you will be called upon to perform with us:

• Non-routine work, customized projects!
• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to determine the optimal sequence of operations.
• Set up, operate and maintain various machine tools
• Perform precision machining work, non-repetitive, including cutting, turning, milling, boring, planing, drilling and grinding
• Adjust and assemble metal parts and sub-assemblies using manual and mechanical tools
• Check the conformity of the productions according to the established specifications, report deviations as soon as they are noticed
• Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments such as dial indicators, fixed gauges, height gauges and others.
• Complete and maintain inspection reports.

• Conventional machining: 2 years (Required)
• Hydraulic cylinder repair: 1 year (Desired)
