As a Sales Representative - Key Accounts, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic opportunities in human capital management (HCM) with organizations employing 50 to 999 employees. This is a true hunter role focused on acquiring new clients, full-cycle sales management, and a consultative approach with executives.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Consistently meet or exceed 100% of established revenue and product goals
- Develop and execute an annual territory and business development plan aligned with growth objectives
- Create and maintain strategic account plans outlining prospect needs, opportunities, and competitive strategies
- Build a strong and sustainable pipeline through proactive prospecting and effective market penetration
- Sell ADP's entire portfolio (over 40 HCM products and services) to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to ensure accurate forecasting and rigorous performance management
- Identify competitive threats and position ADP's differentiated value to increase market share
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to close complex sales involving multiple stakeholders

What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a hunter or new business development role
- Demonstrated success in prospecting C-level executives and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
- Excellent analytical and needs-discovery skills, with the ability to influence change
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling abilities
- Experience in selling complex and consultative solutions
- Knowledge of HCM, SaaS, or ADP competitors' solutions (an asset)
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a collaborative sales environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline and forecasting management
- Excellent work ethic, strong motivation, and leadership presence
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle are required for this field-based position
- ADP Canada operates in Canada and several international markets.
French language proficiency (spoken and written) is required for this position.
This Position Includes Responsibilities That Require Regular Use of English, In Addition to French.
Specifically:
- Communication and negotiation with clients and partners outside Quebec, and participation in sales activities, presentations, and discussions on account management taking place in English with stakeholders outside Quebec.
- Collaboration with internal functions or teams based outside Quebec that use English as their primary language of communication.
- Participation in meetings, presentations, and discussions in English with national or international stakeholders.
Due to the responsibilities of the position, English proficiency (oral expression, written comprehension, and written expression) is required, as these responsibilities are essential to the position and cannot be reassigned to another team member. In Quebec, ADP Canada limits positions requiring English and only requests it when necessary for the employee to perform their responsibilities.
