*About the Organization*

The Lachine Early Childhood and Youth Consultation Table (TCPEJL) aims to harmonize, develop, and implement complementary and coordinated actions on the Lachine territory to promote the health, well-being, and educational success of young people aged 0 to 17 and their families, thereby improving their living conditions, particularly for families and young people living in vulnerable contexts. Its values revolve around community mobilization and the development of the capacity of young people and their families to act. It serves as a space for meetings, reflection, sharing, and the implementation of actions for organizations (from educational, institutional, and community sectors) working with young people.

*About the Position*

Under the supervision of the TCPEJL Board of Directors, the Project Coordinator is responsible for developing, structuring, and coordinating impactful projects for the community, in close collaboration with members and partners. They play a key role in securing funding, implementing projects, animating Table meetings, and enhancing the institution's visibility.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Identify, develop, and implement projects that address the needs of children, young people, and their families;
• Conduct research, monitoring, and drafting funding applications;
• Manage funding agreements, including reporting to funders;
• Coordinate funded projects: planning, scheduling, budgets, and deliverables;
• Plan, prepare, and animate Table meetings (agenda, minutes, decision-making tracking by consensus);
• Ensure budgetary tracking of projects, in collaboration with trustee organizations and the Board of Directors;
• Maintain regular and effective communication with members and partners;
• Stimulate the mobilization, participation, and engagement of community actors;
• Represent the Table frequently and institutionally to consultation bodies and contribute to the development of partnerships;
• Contribute to the visibility and reputation of the TCPEJL.
• Salary: $26.00 per hour
