Field Technician

Does your passion for mechanics always make you want to travel the roads? At Kanatrac Mirabel, you can combine your passion for mechanics and adventure! We are looking for a mechanic who will intervene directly with our clients to repair and maintain their heavy machinery and agricultural equipment for our Joliette and Mirabel dealerships.

Your responsibilities

• Travel to different job sites to diagnose and repair agricultural and heavy machinery equipment (tractors, excavators, etc.);
• Perform preventive maintenance on-site to avoid breakdowns;
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and quickly resolve their mechanical issues;
• Repair hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, and other essential components on the road;
• Ensure the availability of tools and spare parts needed for emergency repairs;
• Document interventions and inform the client about the condition of their equipment;
• Provide excellent customer service;
