• Lead HVAC projects from planning to final delivery.
• Plan resources, schedules, and implementation strategies to ensure project success.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Monitor project progress and intervene quickly to address technical or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, estimates, and contractual requirements.
• Build a trusting relationship with clients by supporting them throughout the project.
• Collaborate with design teams and various stakeholders to optimize technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in health and safety.

Your profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, construction engineering (building mechanics), DEC in building mechanics, or any other relevant degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in HVAC or building mechanics.
• Excellent ability to read plans and coordinate technical aspects.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, budget management, and schedule tracking.
• Motivational leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and excellent priority management.
• Analytical mindset and ability to effectively solve problems.
• Comfort working in a team in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license.
