Customer Service Associate (Part-Time) — Galerie au Chocolat
Galerie au Chocolat, an artisanal chocolate maker based in Montreal for over 35 years, is looking for a Customer Service Associate for a part-time, temporary position from August 15th to December 23rd inclusive.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 2 PM (ideally)
Responsibilities
- Restocking the store
- Checking lot numbers and expiry dates
- Recording stock that arrives
- Selling chocolates and answering customer questions
- Processing sales through our POS system
- Pick and packing Galerie au Chocolat web orders
- Pick and packing Costco web orders
- Possibility of some data entry/label configuration
Requirements
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
- Pay: $16.60-$17.50 per hour
- Work Location: In person
