Tasks Related to Sales and Customer Service

• Assist customers in choosing parts effectively and provide high-quality service to both internal and external customers (detail and shop).
• Inform customers about accessory parts and specials.
• Ensure the customer is aware of the full range of products.
• Answer phone calls and/or emails, provide pricing, and offer any other information.
• Adopt a sales strategy for parts and/or scheduling appointments for incoming calls and emails.
• Contact regular customers by phone.
