Job Nature

The

Project Manager plans, coordinates, and ensures the successful execution of the assignments entrusted to them. As the main point of contact between clients, production, and suppliers, they ensure that projects are completed effectively according to quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and define project parameters.
• Assess technical feasibility and validate planning with production.
• Determine material and subcontracting needs.
• Produce production documents and workshop drawings (AutoCAD).
• Communicate with suppliers for requests for proposals and purchases.
• Perform estimates and proposals for clients.
• Monitor production and ensure compliance before shipment.
• Manage logistics for shipment to Canada and the United States.
• Perform project closure and cost control.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

Desired Profile

• Positive leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing project management.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
• Excellent reading and interpretation of plans and estimates.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and AutoCAD software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good French proficiency and intermediate English knowledge (oral and written); English knowledge is required as the position holder must regularly communicate with clients outside Quebec, including in Ontario, New Brunswick, and the United States.
