The Position

The *Third Key, Visual*, is responsible for all directives related to visual elements, merchandising and marketing. The incumbent of this position collaborates with management to ensure the effective running of store and backroom activities. In the absence of managers, the *Third Key, Visual*, is responsible for all store-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store activities, including: opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, restocking and merchandising, customer service and team supervision.
• Provide exceptional service by creating a warm environment. This includes greeting, welcoming and approaching each new customer and knowing the products well.
• Handle cash transactions at the register.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Assist the store manager to ensure that company standards are met, in accordance with company policies.
• Perform all other tasks as directed by the store manager.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in retail
• High school diploma, an asset
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to delegate tasks and take responsibility
• Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive way

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work standing for long periods and climb a ladder
• Move, lift and manipulate merchandise boxes and fixtures in the store (weights up to 13.6 kg).

Availability Requirements

• Days, evenings and weekends.
