Piscine Okéanos Québec and Be Well Canada Spa are looking for a passionate, creative, and strategic Marketing Project Manager to lead the company's marketing initiatives and actively contribute to its growth in Canada and internationally.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities to increase the company's visibility, reputation, and commercial performance.

• Your main responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Management
• Participate and implement the company's marketing strategies;
• Participate and maintain the brand image of Piscine Okéanos Québec and Be Well Canada Spa;
• Analyze marketing campaign results and optimize return on investment;
• Manage marketing support orders (printing, receiving, sending, and stock management);
• Meet project deadlines;
• Collaborate with different departments to support organizational goals;
• Plan, create, and publish content on various digital platforms;
• Participate in the management and optimization of the company's websites;
• Participate in the creation of promotional and sales materials;
• Maintain constant market and competition trend monitoring;
• Participate in the creation of support for the sales department;
• Participate in the development of marketing strategies for international markets.
• Desired profile
• Degree in marketing, communication, administration, or related field;
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Excellent French writing skills;
• Bilingual French and English;
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools;
• Knowledge of Canva and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
• Strategic and analytical mindset;
• Autonomy, creativity, and initiative;
• Excellent adaptability;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working conditions
• Full-time permanent position;
• 40 hours per week;
• In-person work in Lachute;
• Salary based on experience.
