Reporting to the *Associate Director, IT Solutions Delivery - Claims*, the Senior Business Analyst serves as an expert in the analysis phase and as a reference for the business analysis practice within the organization.

This individual frames initiatives, defines analysis orientations, ensures the consistency of business solutions, and supports analysts in completing detailed work. They maintain an overall view of analysis initiatives and contribute to the evolution of practices, methods, and quality standards.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Frame new initiatives and define the scope of analysis work.
• Structure and document Epics in line with business objectives.
• Identify impacts, risks, and interdependencies of proposed solutions.
• Define analysis orientations and ensure the overall consistency of solutions.
• Support and guide business analysts in their mandates.
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Maintain an overall view of ongoing analysis initiatives and promote alignment between projects.
• Serve as an expertise reference and contribute to the evolution of the business analysis practice.
• What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role
• We are looking for someone who:
• Holds a bachelor's degree in administration or any other relevant discipline.
• Has more than 10 years of experience in business analysis within complex transformation contexts, including at least 3 years in a leadership role in analysis or architecture.
• Is recognized for their strong structuring, analysis, and synthesis capabilities.
• Excels in understanding business processes and organizational issues.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to support teams and exercise influential leadership.
• Is adept at navigating ambiguity and guiding work across multiple stakeholders.
• Possesses a holistic view of issues while ensuring the quality and rigor of detailed deliverables.
