Technician, HR Systems

As a Technician, HR Systems, specialized in Oracle HCM support, you provide technical support by entering information, maintaining files, preparing documents, and producing reports in the field of information systems related to human resources management.

Specifically, you will need to:

• Execute and prepare various reports for the HR team members and any other report requests from other departments;
• Provide support to the team members to perform certain data entries in the HR and Kronos systems;
• Participate in the production of various HR dashboards and HR statistics;
• Create employee numbers in the HR system and deactivate them upon departures;
• Enter data and update information in various HR systems (Schedules, Work Shifts, Positions, New Employees, etc.);
• Participate in the automation and optimization of work in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders;
• Perform any other related or specific tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor;
• Support the performance evaluation and development process by entering and updating data in the current system;
• Follow up on files in various programs (e.g., referencing);
• Participate in the probation evaluation process for new employees (targeted groups);
• Participate in various HR team projects.

Qualifications

• College diploma in administration or another relevant field;
• Experience within an HR department;
• Knowledge of certain HR systems;
• Rigor and resourcefulness;
• Ability to work in a team;
• High discretion and demonstrated ability for confidentiality;
• Proficiency in Office suite software;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel software;
• Excellent French and functional English.
