YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US

• Contribute to the architecture of cloud services and edge (APIs, contracts, version management, integrations, resilience).
• Design and maintain the database: models, migrations, performance, integrity, compatibility.
• Actively participate in code reviews and adhere to quality standards and the "definition of done" discipline, contributing to the continuous reduction of technical debt.
• Apply the backend testing strategy (unit tests, integration tests, contract tests) and contribute to quality control in continuous integration (CI).
• Contribute to production reliability: observability (metrics, logs, and traces), incident management, identification of recurring issues.
• Collaborate on AWS infrastructure and environments (deployments, CI/CD, observability, costs) with the Cloud Architect, covering the needs of the backend application surface.
• Apply best practices for backend application security (authN/authZ, audit, application vulnerabilities) and collaborate with the Cloud Architect and/or security specialists on network/security/edge issues.
• Share the team's engineering standards and best practices, and contribute to integrations between cloud/edge services, UI, PC, and AI.

• Have demonstrated strong technical skills: best practices in code reviews, adherence to standards, and contribution to the team's technical alignment.
• Have delivered solutions in production and can solve real-world problems: bugs, performance, incidents.
• Demonstrate a high level of software quality rigor: tests, adherence to the Definition of Done, and reduction of technical debt.
• Are capable of documenting and making technical decisions traceable in a simple and pragmatic way.
• Have experience in API design and integrations, as well as reliability and observability (metrics, logs, traces) and incident management.
• Have experience with database structure and management: modeling, migrations, performance, and data integrity.
• Have cloud (AWS) experience that allows you to collaborate effectively with the Cloud Architect on CI/CD, deployments, environments, and observability.
• Have good knowledge of application security (authentication, authorization, audit, best practices).
• Have an intermediate or advanced level of French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with our colleagues and clients distributed across nearly 40 countries worldwide.
• Have an interest or initial experience in informal mentoring of junior colleagues.
